1. Support project execution and coordinate project steps during meetings.
2. Assist with the improvement of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by gathering team needs and tracking new feature usage.
3. Support the implementation of referral and confidential hiring platforms by organizing tests and collecting feedback.
4. Contribute to the documentation of Talent Acquisition processes.
5. Participate in training end users on new tools and processes.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Client Experience, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
2. Genuine interest in working in an international environment.

2. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
3. Proactive approach to achieving objectives efficiently.
4. Proficiency in English.
