1. Enhance and manage the project tracking table, including target/actual dates, materials reception, dispatch timelines, and delay control.
2. Calculate workload for modeling and execution phases.
3. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs and improve processes.
4. Review monthly billing for models, ensuring rates align with completion.
5. Prepare weekly performance indicator reports for plant management, including lead-time, reliability rate, and performance metrics.
6. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
7. Coordinate internal and third-party resources to ensure timely execution of multiple projects.
8. Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Availability to intern for a minimum of 6 months.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
2. Fluency in Spanish and French.

No prior professional experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration or a related field.

Study allowance of €8 gross per hour.
