1. Manage the distribution of CAD files and resin models of new collection pieces to various LVMH stakeholders for press shoots and internal presentations.
2. Prepare agendas for weekly creative meetings in collaboration with project managers and workshops.
3. Oversee logistics and timelines for complete collections.
4. Engage in continuous improvement projects and process documentation.
5. Develop and implement monitoring indicators.
6. Input, verify, and update data in dedicated tools for monthly order processing.
7. Track milestones for a designated portfolio of pieces with workshops.
8. Enter bill of materials in SAP and build a generic database.
9. Monitor stone procurement.
10. Act as a liaison with IT teams to adapt and optimize tools such as Excel, PLM, and SAP.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in General Engineering or specialized in Supply Chain/Product Development (Procurement, Planning, Logistics).
2. Exhibit high levels of rigor, relational skills, and proactivity.
3. Organized, curious, with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
4. A keen interest in the jewelry sector is advantageous.
5. Fluent in English and proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus.
