- Manage the distribution of CAD files and resin models of new collection pieces to various LVMH stakeholders for press shoots and internal presentations.
- Prepare agendas for weekly creative meetings in collaboration with project managers and workshops.
- Oversee logistics and timelines for complete collections.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects and process documentation.
- Develop and implement monitoring indicators.
- Input, verify, and update data in dedicated tools for monthly order processing.
- Track milestones for a designated portfolio of pieces with workshops.
- Enter bill of materials in SAP and build a generic database.
- Monitor stone procurement.
- Act as a liaison with IT teams to adapt and optimize tools such as Excel, PLM, and SAP.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in General Engineering or specialized in Supply Chain/Product Development (Procurement, Planning, Logistics).
- Exhibit high levels of rigor, relational skills, and proactivity.
- Organized, curious, with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- A keen interest in the jewelry sector is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus.
