1. Assist in coordinating projects among global entities, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
2. Create and maintain project documentation, including process maps, training materials, and user guides.
3. Communicate project updates and changes to stakeholders across the organization, including newsletters, presentations, and resource hub updates.
4. Help in the creation and dissemination of tools to enhance Louis Vuitton's image.
5. Collaborate closely with various teams across the organization.
6. Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to different activities as needed.

1. Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.

1. Proficient in PowerPoint & Excel
2. Good understanding of project management principles
3. Good communication skills (written and verbal)
4. Detail-oriented
5. Strong work ethic
6. Team player
7. Fluent in English

Previous internship or project experience is required.

Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.

Hybrid work mode with 2 days/month remote work after one month.
