1. Independently manage a new product project to meet deadlines, cost, and quality objectives.
2. Coordinate and lead project team members, prioritizing and challenging them to achieve goals through meetings and schedule dissemination.
3. Collaborate with teams to conduct product/process risk analysis and manage it until product launch.
4. Enhance and implement development tools in collaboration with fellow project managers.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in industrial project management or an engineering track.
2. Possession of a valid driver's license and vehicle for travel between two workshops located 10 km apart.
