1. Coordinate and animate the DM (Demande de Modification) process across all stages, ensuring seamless handover between central and manufacturing workshop teams for optimal execution speed.
2. Ensure the DM tracking is updated by workshops and communicate the status of ongoing DMs to both workshop and central management teams, including Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Operational Excellence.
3. Analyze monthly DM process performance to identify bottlenecks and provide support for prioritizing and enhancing execution speed.
4. Facilitate RETEX (RETours d’Expérience) sessions with workshops and central functions to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Support decision-making regarding the effective date of DM application in collaboration with stakeholders, considering supplier availability, technical feasibility, and material synchronization.
6. Ensure visibility of decisions made to all stakeholders.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) from a business school.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, and knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI.
2. Strong organizational and project management skills.
3. Excellent communication and partnership development abilities.
4. Fluency in French and English.
5. Aptitude for managing structured data and conducting virtual meetings.

Experience in industrial supply chain roles such as Procurement, Planning, or Scheduling, or as a Master Data Coordinator or Industrialization Project Manager.

Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) from a business school.
