1. Coordinate and animate the internal project team from site allocation to product referencing.
2. Act as a liaison with headquarters counterparts and represent them on-site.
3. Independently manage development projects, focusing on planning, quality, and referencing.
4. Drive continuous improvement through performance summaries, feedback sessions, and action plan management.
5. Oversee a cross-functional project analyzing and optimizing product life cycles.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Business School.
2. Previous experience in an industrial setting is preferred.
