Louis Vuitton Project Assistant Intern

- Assist in the development and market introduction of new products, ensuring alignment with style, quality, margin, timeline, and quantity objectives.
- Coordinate and lead the project team, including Product Managers, Style Coordinators, Estimators, Quality Controllers, and Site Project Managers, ensuring risk mitigation and objective achievement.
- Communicate effectively to ensure timely decision-making and maintain project buffers.
- Define and validate project objectives with the project team.
- Initiate and manage task networks using CCPM, ensuring necessary resources and processes are in place.
- Ensure the reliability of information for project launch strategy.
- Verify adherence to style, technical, and quality specifications throughout the project.
- Finalize technical data, including nomenclature, packaging, and after-sales service.
- Propose tools for task automation and participate in process improvement and standardization.
- Deliver industrial nomenclatures under PLM, maintain reliable task networks, and ensure timely production and referencing.
- Provide concise and reliable alerts and information, conduct risk analysis, and establish sustainable operational procedures for tools developed during the internship.
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in product management, project management, and quality assurance.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
