- Participate in the development and market introduction of new products, ensuring alignment with style, quality, margin, timeline, and quantity objectives.
- Coordinate and lead the project team, including Product Managers, Style Coordinators, Cost Estimators, Quality Assurance, and Site Project Managers, ensuring risk mitigation and project goal achievement.
- Communicate effectively, alerting and ensuring decision-making throughout the project lifecycle to maintain appropriate buffer levels.
- Define and validate project objectives with the project team’s support.
- Initiate and manage task networks via CCPM, ensuring alignment with project owners.
- Ensure the reliability of information necessary for constructing the project launch strategy.
- Verify compliance with style, technical, and quality specifications throughout the project.
- Finalize technical data including nomenclature, packaging, and after-sales service.
- Propose tools for task automation and participate in the improvement and standardization of existing business processes.
- Deliver industrial nomenclatures under PLM, maintain a reliable task network, and ensure timely Go Prod and Referencing.
- Provide reliable and concise alerts and information (quantitative, qualitative) and conduct risk analysis, ensuring resolution by project end.
- Develop sustainable operational procedures for tools implemented during the internship.
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
- Demonstrated rigor and organizational skills.
- Strong team collaboration abilities.
- Interest in product management, project management, and quality assurance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
