1. Assist in the formalization and development of a Care program management tool, including gathering requirements, creating mock-ups, and collaborating with the Data Care team.
2. Consolidate and organize existing program documentation, conduct benchmarks, and update materials as needed.
3. Support the deployment of the Shoes Care & Repair project by consolidating results, identifying best practices, and assisting in the creation of communication and training materials.

1. Final-year student from a top business or engineering school.
2. Strong interest in the luxury sector and its challenges.
3. Analytical mindset with strong synthesis capabilities.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

1. Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.

Beginner level experience, suitable for students in their final year of study.

Final-year student from a prestigious business or engineering school.
