- Support the organization of approximately four annual events, including design, planning, and coordination.
- Assist in managing event schedules, timelines, and checklists.
- Oversee operational aspects with vendors such as venues, caterers, and technical support.
- Contribute to logistical preparations including briefings, site visits, orders, invitations, and badges.
- Provide on-site support during events, managing unforeseen issues and assisting teams.
- Participate in post-event evaluations, feedback collection, and reporting.
- Manage the event-related email inbox, prioritizing and responding to internal and external inquiries.
- Redirect requests to appropriate contacts and ensure follow-up until resolution.
- Propose creative ideas for event formats, content, and experiences.
- Engage in discussions on event innovation and process optimization.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research market best practices.
- Support administrative tasks related to events, including quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, and budgeting.
- Update vendor databases and organize project documents.
- Assist in organizing and deploying training workshops, including session planning and logistics.
- Gather feedback from training sessions and contribute to content and format improvements.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, communication program, or equivalent (Bachelor's or Master's level).
