Louis Vuitton Program Manager - Marketing & Product

- Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Design teams to understand business challenges and build trustful relationships.
- Anticipate, frame, prioritize, and guide needs and initiatives from Business Units.
- Lead steering and follow-up committees to manage relationships.
- Oversee various cross-functional projects and programs as a global leader within LV_NEO.
- Coordinate actions of partner and internal teams at LV_NEO for project implementation.
- Facilitate communication at various levels, including solution-oriented meetings, project committees, and executive committees.
- Contribute to research and technology watch to identify high-value technologies and partners.
- Design pilots and proof of concepts demonstrating the added value of innovative technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within complex environments related to the entire value chain of the Maison (Retail, Digital, Operations, Manufacturing, Marketing, Merchandising).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in an agile organization.
- Excellent understanding of complex and interconnected IT architectures and solutions.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills to interact within a vast ecosystem (management, business, product teams).
- Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
