2. Manage a team of 25 to 30 artisans, focusing on achieving production results while ensuring team versatility and flexibility.
3. Provide meaningful guidance to the team, addressing their needs and expectations.
4. Foster a healthy and productive team spirit among colleagues.
5. Oversee the performance of production lines, particularly in supporting the development of new products.

1. Experience in leather goods manufacturing.
2. Over 5 years of experience in managing production teams in an industrial setting.

1. Strong project management skills with a focus on exploratory missions for workshop development.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
3. Adaptability to change and ability to handle diverse situations.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
