1. Manage a team of 25 to 30 leather goods artisans, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining team versatility and flexibility.
2. Foster a healthy and productive team spirit, addressing team needs and ensuring alignment with company goals.
3. Ensure the performance of production lines, particularly in supporting the development of new products.
4. Guarantee the performance, quality, quantity, deadlines, and safety of the team within a luxury leather goods workshop.
5. Drive daily production efficiency in line with lean manufacturing principles.
6. Encourage continuous improvement by proposing and leading enhancements in processes, organization, and operational methods.
7. Facilitate change management within the team during new product developments or organizational changes.
8. Lead cross-functional projects or working groups.

1. Degree in general engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in managing production teams within an industrial setting.
