1. Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+5) in Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or equivalent.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage production teams.
2. Project management skills with a focus on exploratory missions for workshop development.
3. Adaptability and quick response to change.

A minimum of 3 years in production team management is required.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
