1. Manage a team of 25 to 30 leather goods artisans, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining team versatility and flexibility.
2. Provide meaningful direction to the team, addressing their needs and fostering a positive work environment.
3. Ensure the performance of production lines, particularly in supporting the development of new products.
4. Oversee daily production to meet quality, quantity, and timeline goals, adhering to lean manufacturing principles.
5. Promote continuous improvement by encouraging and leading enhancements in processes, organization, and operations.
6. Facilitate change management within the team, especially during the introduction of new products or organizational changes.
7. Lead cross-functional projects or workgroups.

1. Degree in General Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in managing production teams in an industrial setting.
