1. Manage a team of 25 to 30 leather goods artisans, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining team versatility and flexibility.
2. Foster a meaningful work environment, addressing team needs and maintaining a healthy team spirit.
3. Ensure the performance of production lines, particularly in supporting the development of new products.
4. Lead and develop the team, ensuring adherence to rules and promoting continuous improvement.
5. Oversee daily production in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness, with a focus on lean manufacturing.
6. Encourage continuous improvement by proposing and leading enhancements in processes, organization, and operations.
7. Facilitate change management within the team, particularly in the development of new products or implementation of new organizational structures.
8. Lead cross-functional projects or working groups.

1. Degree in General Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing production teams in an industrial setting.

3. Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Excellent project management skills.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant industrial production management role.

Degree in General Engineering or equivalent.
