1. Ensure the reliability and performance of the production sector.
2. Guarantee team performance, quality, quantity, timelines, and safety within a luxury leather goods workshop.
3. Manage a daily team of 25 to 30 artisans, focusing on achieving production results while ensuring team versatility and flexibility.
4. Provide meaningful direction to the team and address their needs and expectations.
5. Maintain a healthy and productive team spirit among collaborators.
6. Oversee the performance of production lines, particularly in supporting the development of new products.

1. Degree in general engineering or equivalent.
