3. Manage a team of 25 to 30 artisans, focusing on achieving production results while ensuring their versatility and flexibility.
4. Provide meaningful direction to the team and address their needs and demands.
5. Maintain a healthy and productive team spirit among collaborators.
6. Ensure the performance of production lines, particularly in supporting the development of new products.

1. Degree in general engineering or equivalent.
