2. Guarantee the performance, quality, quantity, timelines, and safety of the team within a luxury leather goods workshop.
3. Manage a team of 25 to 30 leather artisans, focusing on achieving production results while ensuring their versatility and flexibility.
4. Provide meaningful guidance to the team and address their needs and expectations.
5. Maintain a healthy and productive team spirit among collaborators.
6. Oversee the performance of production lines, particularly in supporting the development of new products.

1. Degree in general engineering or equivalent.
