1. Ensure the reliability and performance of the production sector.
2. Guarantee the performance, quality, quantities, deadlines, and safety of the team within a luxury leather goods workshop.
3. Manage a team of 25 to 30 artisans, focusing on achieving production results while ensuring versatility and flexibility.
4. Provide meaningful work direction and respond to team demands.
5. Maintain a healthy and productive team spirit.
6. Ensure the performance of production lines, particularly in supporting new product development.

1. Degree in general engineering or equivalent.
