3. Manage a team of 25 to 30 artisans, focusing on achieving production results while ensuring versatility and flexibility.
4. Provide meaningful work direction and address team demands effectively.
5. Maintain a healthy and productive team spirit among collaborators.
6. Ensure the performance of production lines, particularly in supporting new product development.

1. Degree in general engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing production teams in an industrial setting.

1. Strong project management skills, particularly in exploratory missions related to workshop development.
2. Initiative-taking and proactive problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
