1. Oversee a team responsible for repairing quality handbags, textiles, and small leather goods.
2. Manage craftsmen and coordinate daily workshop activities.
3. Communicate and enforce company policies.
4. Track and motivate team to meet productivity goals.
5. Conduct individual and department meetings as required.
6. Identify and address individual and team training needs.
7. Conduct daily briefs to communicate KPIs and announcements.
8. Perform annual reviews for team members.
9. Ensure service rate exceeds 80% with a turnover under 14 days.
10. Achieve a quality goal of 95% good repairs at first inspection.
11. Manage weekly capacity and assess material/equipment needs.
12. Monitor production flows to identify obstacles or technical problems.
13. Propose and implement optimal layout for visible flows.
14. Manage rush repairs with customer service for expedited shipment.
15. Ensure LV repair/production specifications are applied.
16. Manage machine maintenance and safety.
17. Procure materials and tools for the workshop.
18. Provide regular KPIs and performance reports to management.

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
3. Knowledge of sewing on leather/canvas is a plus
4. Basic math skills required for measuring
5. Basic computer skills are a plus
6. Detail, quality, and safety oriented
7. Well organized
8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
9. Bilingual: Spanish is a plus with proficiency in English
10. Ability to work overtime as required

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $75,000 -- $80,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
