- Oversee a team responsible for repairing quality handbags, textiles, and small leather goods.
- Manage craftsmen and coordinate daily workshop activities.
- Communicate and enforce company policies.
- Track and motivate team to meet productivity goals.
- Conduct individual and department meetings as required.
- Identify and address individual and team training needs.
- Conduct daily briefs to communicate KPIs and announcements.
- Perform annual reviews for team members.
- Ensure service rate exceeds 80% with a turnover under 14 days.
- Achieve a quality goal of 95% good repairs at first inspection.
- Manage weekly capacity and assess material/equipment needs.
- Monitor production flows to identify obstacles or technical problems.
- Propose and implement optimal layout for visible flows.
- Manage rush repairs with customer service for expedited shipment.
- Ensure LV repair/production specifications are applied.
- Manage machine maintenance and safety.
- Procure materials and tools for the workshop.
- Provide regular KPIs and performance reports to management.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Knowledge of sewing on leather/canvas is a plus
- Basic math skills required for measuring
- Basic computer skills are a plus
- Detail, quality, and safety oriented
- Well organized
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bilingual: Spanish is a plus with proficiency in English

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the luxury fashion or leather goods industry is required.
High School Diploma or GED
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $75,000 -- $80,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
