1. Lead and manage a team of leather goods artisans, ensuring their versatility and skill development.

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or a related field.

2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
3. Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
4. Ability to analyze and improve production processes.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in team management within an industrial setting is required.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
