1. Lead a team of leather goods artisans, ensuring their versatility in skills and competencies.
2. Participate in daily meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of the production plant's needs.
3. Supervise the production process within the assigned section.
4. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments such as Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement to implement necessary actions for optimal production processes.
5. Monitor production KPIs and ensure adherence to the production plan.
6. Propose and implement improvement actions to achieve production line objectives.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
8. Participate in the setup of new production lines.

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in French and/or English.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
4. Analytical skills for monitoring KPIs and production plans.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management within industrial environments.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
