5. Monitor production KPIs and adherence to production plans.
6. Propose and implement improvements to achieve production objectives.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
8. Participate in the setup of new production lines.

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years in team management within an industrial environment.
