1. Lead a team of leather goods artisans, ensuring their skill versatility.
2. Participate in daily meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of production plant needs.
3. Supervise the production process within the assigned section.
4. Coordinate with departments such as Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement to implement necessary actions for optimal production processes.
5. Monitor production KPIs and adherence to the production plan.
6. Propose and implement improvement actions to achieve production objectives.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
8. Participate in the setup of new production lines.

1. Over 3 years of experience in team management within industrial environments.
2. Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields is preferred.
3. Proficiency in French and/or English is advantageous.
