1. Lead a team of leather goods artisans, ensuring their versatility and skill development.
2. Participate in daily meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of production plant needs.
3. Supervise the production process within the designated section.
4. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments such as Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement to ensure smooth production processes.
5. Monitor production KPIs and ensure adherence to the production plan.
6. Propose and implement improvement actions to achieve production objectives.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
8. Participate in the setup of new production lines.

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
2. Proficiency in French and/or English.

2. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
3. Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing production KPIs.
4. Ability to propose and implement process improvements.
5. Knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Minimum of 3 years in team management within an industrial environment.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
