1. Lead a team of leather goods artisans, ensuring skill versatility and competency.
2. Participate in daily meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of production plant needs.
3. Supervise the production process within the assigned section.
4. Coordinate and collaborate with departments such as Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement to implement necessary actions for optimal production processes.
5. Monitor production KPIs and adherence to the production plan.
6. Propose and implement improvement actions to meet production objectives.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
8. Participate in the setup of new production lines.

1. Over 3 years of experience in team management within industrial environments.
2. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

1. Proficiency in French and/or English.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
4. Analytical skills for monitoring KPIs and implementing improvements.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing teams within industrial settings is required.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
