1. Advocate and implement change management initiatives within the manufacturing operations.
2. Coach and mentor Artisans, identifying developmental opportunities and recognizing achievements.
3. Enhance production objectives, ensuring efficiency, productivity, cost, and quality standards are met.
4. Manage performance, absenteeism, and employee relations in collaboration with Human Resources.
5. Conduct weekly quality audits and root cause analysis to develop timely action plans.
6. Engage in new product development to meet client needs within established timeframes.
7. Champion environmental, health, and safety standards for all associates.
8. Build and manage cross-functional teams to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
9. Participate in continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
10. Conduct occasional benchmark trips to European facilities to share best practices.
11. Perform additional duties as required by business needs.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
2. 3-5 years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment.

1. Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
2. Proven knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as 5S and Kaizen.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. ERP experience, particularly with SAP, is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
6. Ability to learn and navigate various systems and tools.

A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing setting is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
