Louis Vuitton Production Supervisor

1. Lead and motivate a team of Artisans to exceed customer satisfaction standards.
2. Implement and advocate change management initiatives within the manufacturing facility.
3. Coach and mentor Artisans, identifying developmental opportunities and recognizing achievements.
4. Enhance production objectives, ensuring efficiency, productivity, cost, and quality standards are met.
5. Manage performance, absenteeism, and employee relations in partnership with Human Resources.
6. Conduct weekly quality audits and perform root cause analysis to develop timely action plans.
7. Engage in new product development initiatives to meet client needs within established time frames.
8. Champion environmental, health, and safety standards for all associates.
9. Build and manage cross-functional teams to optimize productivity and efficiency.
10. Participate in continuous improvement projects and occasional benchmark trips to European facilities.
11. Perform additional duties as required by business needs.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environment.

1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate ideas and influence direction.
2. Proven knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as 5S and Kaizen.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is beneficial.
6. Ability to learn and navigate various industry-standard and Louis Vuitton-specific systems and tools.

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
