1. Advocate and implement change management initiatives within Louis Vuitton U.S. Manufacturing.
2. Coach and mentor Artisans, identifying developmental opportunities and recognizing achievements.
3. Enhance production objectives, ensuring efficiency, productivity, cost, and quality standards are met.
4. Manage performance, absenteeism, and employee relations in collaboration with Human Resources.
5. Conduct weekly quality audits and perform root cause analysis to develop timely action plans.
6. Engage in new product development initiatives to meet client needs within established time frames.
7. Champion environmental, health, and safety standards for all associates.
8. Understand team dynamics and build cross-functional teams to optimize productivity and efficiency.
9. Participate in continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
10. Partake in occasional benchmark trips to European facilities to share best practices.
11. Perform other duties as necessary and dictated by business needs.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience.

1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate ideas and influence direction.
2. Proven knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as 5S and Kaizen.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. ERP experience, particularly with SAP, is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is beneficial.
6. Capacity and agility to learn and navigate various systems and tools, both industry standard and Louis Vuitton-specific.

A minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environment is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience.
