1. Advocate and cultivate change management initiatives throughout Louis Vuitton U.S. Manufacturing.
2. Coach and mentor Artisans by identifying developmental opportunities and recognizing accomplishments.
3. Enhance production objectives and ensure that efficiency, productivity, cost, and quality standards are met.
4. Manage performance, absenteeism, and employee relations while partnering with Human Resources.
5. Perform weekly quality audits and conduct root cause analysis to ensure timely action plans.
6. Engage in new product development initiatives to meet client needs within established time frames.
7. Act as an environmental, health, and safety champion for all associates.
8. Understand team dynamics and build cross-functional teams to capitalize on productivity and efficiency.
9. Participate in continuous improvement projects within the company with cross-functional teams.
10. Participate in occasional benchmark trips to European facilities, sharing best practices.
11. Perform other duties as assigned as deemed necessary and dictated by business needs.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience.

1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate ideas and influence direction.
2. Proven knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kaizen.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. ERP experience, especially SAP, is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
6. Capacity and agility to learn and navigate various systems and tools.

3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience.
