1. Contribute to the scheduling of production within the workshops.
2. Ensure capacity load management for assigned workshop lines and analyze the short-term Production Plan (PDP).
3. Manage workshop flows to achieve production line hour targets, ensuring visibility and operational efficiency.
4. Challenge team leaders' commitments to ensure production plan reliability and alignment with delivery schedules.
5. Facilitate coordination between upstream and downstream processes and adjust decoupling stock (MIMO) accordingly.
6. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, including the creation of management tools and process optimization.
7. Support ancillary Supply Chain services to drive cross-functional improvements.

1. Enrollment in a BAC+5 or equivalent program specializing in logistics or continuous improvement.

1. Strong autonomy, rigor, and initiative-taking abilities.
2. Excellent relational, analytical, and synthesis skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ideally Power BI.
4. Comfortable with quantitative data and team collaboration.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a BAC+5 or equivalent in logistics or continuous improvement.
