1. Contribute to the scheduling of production within the workshops.
2. Ensure capacity load management of the workshop lines within the designated scope.
3. Analyze the short-term Production Plan (PDP) for alignment.
4. Manage workshop flows to meet production hour objectives and ensure operational efficiency.
5. Challenge team leaders on production plan reliability and delivery alignment.
6. Facilitate coordination between upstream and downstream processes and manage decoupling stock (MIMO).
7. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, including tool development and process optimization.
8. Support cross-functional supply chain projects to drive operational improvements.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program (BAC+5) specializing in logistics or continuous improvement.

1. Strong autonomy and initiative-taking abilities.
2. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ideally Power BI.
4. Strong teamwork and quantitative data handling skills.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+5) in logistics or continuous improvement.
