Louis Vuitton Production Planning Specialist

- Participate in the One Manuf project as a Key User within the designated area of expertise.
- Prepare production plans for cutting, stitching, and assembly processes.
- Develop retro-planning activities highlighting material arrival phases.
- Ensure material stock levels are maintained to support continuous production processes.
- Monitor the progress of both internal and external production activities.
- Oversee the shipment of finished products in accordance with established commitments.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and external manufacturers to share seasonal and short-term work plans.
- Track the advancement of work plans and issue purchase orders in line with production schedules.
- Analyze proposals and control the Bill of Materials (BOM) and input work cycles into production BOMs.
- Monitor supplier order deliveries in terms of quantity and timing.
- Initiate external work orders for semi-finished suppliers, manufacturers, and assembly/finishing processes in alignment with planning.
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and SAP.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
- Autonomy and flexibility.
- Willingness to travel.
A minimum of 5 years in production planning is required.
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
