1. Participate in the One Manuf project as a Key User within the designated area of expertise.
2. Prepare production plans for cutting, stitching, and assembly processes.
3. Develop retro-planning activities highlighting material arrival phases.
4. Ensure material stock levels are maintained to support continuous production processes.
5. Monitor the progress of both internal and external production activities.
6. Oversee the shipment of finished products in accordance with established commitments.
7. Collaborate with subcontractors and external manufacturers to share seasonal and short-term work plans.
8. Track the advancement of work plans and issue purchase orders in line with production schedules.
9. Analyze proposals and control the Bill of Materials (BOM) and input work cycles into production BOMs.
10. Monitor supplier order deliveries in terms of quantity and timing.
11. Initiate external work orders for semi-finished suppliers, manufacturers, and assembly/finishing processes in alignment with planning.

1. Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and SAP.
2. Fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
3. Strong teamwork capabilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
5. Autonomy and flexibility.
6. Willingness to travel.

A minimum of 5 years in production planning is required.
