Louis Vuitton Production Planning Specialist

- Prepare and manage production plans, including cutting, stitching, and assembly processes.
- Develop activity retroplanning, highlighting material arrival phases, coordinating modelers' activities, and sharing production start calendars and equipment needs.
- Ensure material stock levels are maintained to guarantee continuity in the production process for cutting, stitching, and assembly phases.
- Monitor finished product shipments according to established commitments.
- Share seasonal and short-term work plans with shoemakers and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure the sustainability of production plans.
- Maintain accurate data on work plan progress.
- Update work account opening price lists.
- Issue raw material purchase orders in compliance with production plans, analyze purchase proposals, and adhere to purchasing logic to minimize obsolescence risk.
- Control DI.BA with the technical sheet office and input work cycles into production DI.BA.
- Monitor supplier order deliveries (quantity and timing) and update system information (D-Moda) to maintain information and warehouse accuracy.
- Verify material loads with logistics.
- Open external work accounts (semi-finished suppliers/shoemakers/assembly/finishing) in line with planning.
- Diploma or degree, preferably in scientific subjects.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the footwear sector.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good command of English or French.
- Teamwork capabilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy and flexibility.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
At least 3 years of experience in production planning, ideally within the footwear industry.
Diploma or degree, preferably in scientific subjects.
The position offers a full-time, fixed-term contract as a maternity leave replacement.
