1. Plan and launch order-preparation waves to ensure timely supply to the workshop.
2. Monitor workshop work‑in‑progress (WIP) and track weekly line‑by‑line workload.
3. Coordinate the production flow with logistics, procurement and line managers to maintain continuity and capacity balance.
4. Reprioritise and adjust line load in real time to optimise material and human flows.
5. Challenge production lead times and animate the manufacturing community to drive performance.
6. Integrate health, safety and environmental standards into everyday planning activities.
7. Lead two targeted projects: structure EXO capacity‑load governance to improve workshop performance, and redesign processes to reduce production lead times.

1. Enrolled in a Bac+5 programme (business school or engineering) specialising in logistics or industrial supply‑chain and actively seeking a one‑year alternance work‑study placement.
2. Available to start September 2026 for a 12‑month alternance at Issoudun – Condé (Centre‑Val‑de‑Loire); rhythm: 3 weeks in company / 1 week at school.
3. Strong organisational rigour, accuracy and a structured approach to data and planning.
4. Adaptable, responsive and able to build effective working relationships across operations, logistics and procurement teams.
5. Committed to on‑site presence and to applying HSE standards within a production environment.
