- Plan and launch order-preparation waves to ensure timely supply to the workshop.
- Monitor workshop work‑in‑progress (WIP) and track weekly line‑by‑line workload.
- Coordinate the production flow with logistics, procurement and line managers to maintain continuity and capacity balance.
- Reprioritise and adjust line load in real time to optimise material and human flows.
- Challenge production lead times and animate the manufacturing community to drive performance.
- Integrate health, safety and environmental standards into everyday planning activities.
- Lead two targeted projects: structure EXO capacity‑load governance to improve workshop performance, and redesign processes to reduce production lead times.
- Enrolled in a Bac+5 programme (business school or engineering) specialising in logistics or industrial supply‑chain and actively seeking a one‑year alternance work‑study placement.
- Available to start September 2026 for a 12‑month alternance at Issoudun – Condé (Centre‑Val‑de‑Loire); rhythm: 3 weeks in company / 1 week at school.
- Strong organisational rigour, accuracy and a structured approach to data and planning.
- Adaptable, responsive and able to build effective working relationships across operations, logistics and procurement teams.
