1. Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes.
2. Participate in the deployment and maintenance of production standards.
3. Assist in defining production processes.
4. Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects related to safety and 5S.
5. Support team leaders in daily performance management.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Ideally, some experience in an industrial environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
3. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
5. Proactive with the ability to thrive in a demanding environment.

Entry-level, ideally with some exposure to an industrial setting.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
