- Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Participate in the deployment and maintenance of production standards.
- Assist in defining production processes.
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects related to safety and 5S.
- Support team leaders in daily performance management.
- Pursuing a BAC+4/5 engineering degree or equivalent.
- Ideally, have initial experience in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proactive and able to thrive in a demanding environment.
Entry-level, ideally with some experience in an industrial setting.
Pursuing a BAC+4/5 engineering degree or equivalent.
