- Ensure the safety, quality, performance, quantity, and timely delivery of the workshop's output.
- Develop and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Set ambitious production targets and drive performance in alignment with established processes.
- Maintain a balance of cost, quality, and delivery in line with the brand's objectives.
- Establish and manage the operational budget, monitor production economics, and analyze variances.
- Lead and monitor key performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with the industrial entity to evolve production organization, enhancing agility and performance.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve production practices and maintain workshop performance.
- Actively participate in the Global Manufacturing community by sharing best practices and updating expectations.
- Recruit, train, support, and coach operational teams (up to 350 people).
- Develop talent and promote career progression.
- Engage support services to meet production challenges and needs.
- Maintain a positive and constructive social climate.
- Facilitate dialogue with employee representative bodies.
- Enhance managerial competencies within the team and foster constructive dialogue at all organizational levels.
- Uphold the company's social policy and values.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of safety and health issues and tools.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable engaging with social bodies (IRP, etc.).
A minimum of 10 years in managerial roles within a production setting is required.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
