1. Lead and inspire a team of supervisors and artisans to deliver high-quality repairs on Louis Vuitton leather goods.
2. Ensure effective training and development of the production team to meet client needs and performance standards.
3. Cultivate a culture of safety and quality, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
4. Contribute to succession planning by identifying and nurturing top talent within the department.
5. Develop and enforce system policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Monitor departmental performance through KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
7. Allocate necessary resources to support departmental objectives.
8. Review and optimize work instructions to improve processes.
9. Facilitate collaboration between departments and global counterparts to benchmark best practices.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent management experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years in a management role.

1. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in analytical and decision-making skills.
4. Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
5. Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
6. Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Windows software.

A minimum of 5 years in a management role, preferably within a production or client services environment.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

The salary range is USD $100,000 to $110,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
