- Ensure the safety, quality, performance, quantity, and timeliness of the workshop.
- Develop a safety culture and ensure compliance with safety regulations by all employees.
- Define ambitious production objectives and drive performance while adhering to established processes.
- Balance cost, quality, and delivery in alignment with the brand's ambitions.
- Establish and monitor the operating budget, track production economics, and analyze variances.
- Lead and monitor key performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with the industrial entity to adapt and evolve production organization to meet business challenges.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve production practices and maintain workshop performance.
- Actively participate in the Global Manufacturing community by sharing best practices and updating expectations.
- Recruit, train, support, and coach operational teams (up to 350 people).
- Develop talent and promote career development paths.
- Mobilize all production support services to meet challenges and needs.
- Maintain a positive and constructive social climate.
- Ensure dialogue with employee representative bodies.
- Develop managerial skills within the team and foster constructive dialogue at all organizational levels.
- Uphold the company's social policy and values.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, university, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a hands-on role.
- Proficiency in Lean methods and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of safety and health-related issues and tools.
- Comfortable facilitating social bodies (IRP, etc.).
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 10 years in managerial roles with a focus on hands-on experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
