1. Ensure safety, quality, performance, quantity, and timely delivery in the workshop.
2. Develop a safety culture and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
3. Define ambitious production objectives and drive performance in line with established processes.
4. Maintain a balance between cost, quality, and delivery in alignment with the brand's ambitions.
5. Establish and monitor the operating budget, track production economics, and analyze variances.
6. Lead and monitor key performance indicators.
7. Collaborate with the industrial entity to adapt and evolve production organization to meet business challenges.
8. Lead cross-functional projects to improve production practices and maintain workshop performance.
9. Participate in the Global Manufacturing community by sharing best practices and updating expectations.
10. Recruit, train, support, and coach operational teams, managing up to 350 employees.
11. Develop talent and promote career progression.
12. Mobilize support services to address production challenges and needs.
13. Maintain a positive and constructive social climate.
14. Engage in dialogue with employee representative bodies.
15. Develop managerial skills within the team and foster constructive dialogue across all organizational levels.
16. Uphold the company's social policy and values.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a production environment.

1. Proficiency in Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
2. Strong understanding of safety and health-related issues and tools.
3. Comfortable engaging with social bodies (IRP, etc.).
4. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a production environment is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a related field.
