- Lead and direct a team of supervisors and skilled artisans to deliver high-quality repairs, ensuring adherence to departmental goals.
- Provide effective training and workforce development to address client needs, monitoring staff performance and organizing necessary interventions for improvement.
- Develop the supervisory team for professional growth and contribute to the department’s succession plan by identifying and nurturing top performers.
- Maintain a culture prioritizing safety and quality through communication, action, and accountability, ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures.
- Manage departmental performance through visual monitoring and KPIs, providing regular progress reports to the Care Services Director.
- Determine necessary resources to support department goals and review work instructions to recommend process improvements.
- Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments and develop effective relationships within the matrix organization.
- Globally benchmark other repair centers to determine best practices for the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant fields; equivalent management experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a management role.
- Proven leadership abilities, including experience in managing and motivating a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible and open-minded approach to change.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Solid understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Windows applications.
Minimum of 5 years in a progressive management role, demonstrating leadership in team management and motivation.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant fields.
Salary range of USD $110,000 - 115,000.
