- Manage a portfolio of orders within the Home Lifestyle department.
- Coordinate and enhance relationships with a panel of manufacturers, ensuring performance optimization.
- Oversee production planning and delivery schedules to the logistics warehouse.
- Analyze production capacities in alignment with sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Steer commitments and manage material and finished product inventories.
- Train manufacturers in the use of management tools such as Supplier Portal and Nice Label.
- Deploy and manage monitoring tools (Supplier Portal/Planite/PowerBI) and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with logistical and financial procedures.
- Contribute to the deployment of the department's strategic initiatives.
- Drive performance through process improvement, flow optimization, diversification/security projects, and competitiveness plans.
- Participate in negotiations regarding pricing, production timelines, quantities, and minimum order quantities.
- Collect, consolidate, and monitor contractual and customs documentation.
- Support the deployment of the CSR roadmap.
- Degree from an engineering or business school or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, and adaptable.
- Excellent listening, analytical, and synthesis abilities.
- Project management skills with a focus on anticipation, organization, and collaboration.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, PLM, and PowerBI.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Degree from an engineering or business school or equivalent.
