1. Manage a portfolio of orders within the Home Lifestyle department.
2. Coordinate and enhance relationships with a panel of manufacturers, ensuring performance optimization.
3. Oversee production planning and delivery schedules to the logistics warehouse.
4. Analyze production capacities in alignment with sales forecasts and customer orders.
5. Steer commitments and manage material and finished product inventories.
6. Train manufacturers in the use of management tools such as Supplier Portal and Nice Label.
7. Deploy and manage monitoring tools (Supplier Portal/Planite/PowerBI) and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
8. Ensure compliance with logistical and financial procedures.
9. Contribute to the deployment of the department's strategic initiatives.
10. Drive performance through process improvement, flow optimization, diversification/security projects, and competitiveness plans.
11. Participate in negotiations regarding pricing, production timelines, quantities, and minimum order quantities.
12. Collect, consolidate, and monitor contractual and customs documentation.
13. Support the deployment of the CSR roadmap.

1. Degree from an engineering or business school or equivalent.

1. Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, and adaptable.
2. Excellent listening, analytical, and synthesis abilities.
3. Project management skills with a focus on anticipation, organization, and collaboration.
4. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, PLM, and PowerBI.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

Degree from an engineering or business school or equivalent.
