1. Lead day-to-day production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
2. Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with Louis Vuitton's values.
3. Establish production goals and develop strategies to meet business objectives.
4. Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
5. Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product excellence.
6. Ensure compliance with lean manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
7. Oversee new product integration and production launches.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in industrial production management within a fast-paced environment.
3. Proven expertise in luxury goods, fashion, or high-end manufacturing.
4. Strong leadership background, managing large teams (20-30 direct, 350+ indirect reports).
5. Advanced proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
6. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
7. Demonstrated success in budget management, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
8. Exceptional problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and communication skills.
9. Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams while engaging employees at all levels.
10. Proven track record in driving change and leading transformation in dynamic environments.
11. English required, Spanish and/or French is a plus.
