- Lead day-to-day production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with Louis Vuitton's values.
- Establish production goals and develop strategies to meet business objectives.
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product excellence.
- Ensure compliance with lean manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
- Oversee new product integration and production launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in industrial production management within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in luxury goods, fashion, or high-end manufacturing.
- Strong leadership background, managing large teams (20-30 direct, 350+ indirect reports).
- Advanced proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated success in budget management, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams while engaging employees at all levels.
- Proven track record in driving change and leading transformation in dynamic environments.
- English required, Spanish and/or French is a plus.
