1. Monitor order confirmations and delivery schedules, expediting order progress with suppliers.
2. Oversee production work in progress (WIP) and analyze production progress, focusing on lead time decomposition, bottlenecks, and production milestones.
3. Communicate effectively with suppliers and manufacturers at designated industrial hubs to ensure production transparency and confirm proper management of supplier capacity and raw material sourcing.
4. Conduct weekly alignment meetings with the supply chain and merchandising teams at headquarters to monitor delivery status.
5. Compile timely reports on the delivery status of seasonal and permanent collections.
6. Monitor, actively support, and share outcomes of relevant KPIs with interested teams.

1. Degree in Management Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, with knowledge of industrial supply chain concepts and best practices.

1. Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly advanced Excel, SAP, and PowerBI.
2. Proficiency in English; French is considered a plus.
3. Dynamism, agility, and proactivity.
4. Strong relational skills with external suppliers and industrial hubs.
5. Drive for results and focus on continuous improvement.

7. Ability to summarize data analysis.

9. Good stress management.
10. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
