Production Follow-up Specialist

1. Monitor order confirmations, delivery schedules, and expedite order progress with suppliers.
2. Monitor production work in progress (WIP) and production progress, analyzing the critical chain.
3. Communicate effectively with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure production transparency.
4. Hold weekly alignment meetings with the supply chain and merchandising teams to monitor delivery status.
5. Compile timely reports on the delivery status of seasonal and permanent collections.
6. Monitor, support, and share the outcomes of relevant KPIs with interested teams.

1. Degree in Management Engineering or similar.
2. 2+ years of experience in similar positions.
3. Proficiency in English; French is a plus.

1. Extensive knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly advanced Excel.
2. Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI.
3. Dynamism, agility, and proactivity.
4. Relational skills with external suppliers and industrial hubs.
5. Drive for results and focus on continuous improvement.
6. Problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to summarize data analysis.
8. Ability to work in a team.
9. Good stress management.
10. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, with knowledge of industrial supply chain concepts and best practices.
