1. Oversee the production strategy across various workshops, ensuring alignment with short, medium, and long-term objectives.
2. Manage production workshops to maximize service rates and efficiency.
3. Coordinate workload plans with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards.
4. Ensure production capacity aligns with requirements, maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
5. Monitor industrial investments and manage production plans and projects.
6. Implement continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a lean manufacturing approach.
7. Develop and monitor performance indicators, reporting to management and addressing production issues proactively.
8. Guide the methods and industrialization team to support production effectively.
9. Collaborate with HR to develop staff, focusing on recruitment, talent development, and training.
10. Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers to optimize production flows.
11. Promote synergies between workshops to ensure product compliance and quality throughout the production chain.
12. Lead digital transformation projects within workshops, enhancing activity monitoring.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent with significant experience in mechanics, microtechnology, or related fields.
2. Proven experience in industrial planning and management, particularly in watchmaking, with oversight of multiple workshops and a large team.
3. Demonstrated pragmatic and supportive leadership with assertive communication skills.
4. Strong project management and organizational skills, with a focus on anticipation and prioritization.
5. Proficiency in industrial management tools and lean manufacturing; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
6. Analytical and information synthesis skills.
7. Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, agile environment.
