1. Assist team leaders in their daily tasks to ensure smooth production operations.
2. Conduct line audits and ensure adherence to production standards.
3. Monitor quality indicators and participate in quality routines within the Atelier.
4. Engage in performance improvement projects using standard tools such as field observations and time studies.
5. Collaborate with team leaders to enhance and automate management tools.
6. Perform specific analyses as required.

1. Enrollment in a specialized program in industrial production, industrial systems, continuous improvement, and/or quality (equivalent to a Bachelor's or Master's level).

1. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in continuous improvement and problem-solving tools.
4. Familiarity with office software and programs such as Excel, PowerBi, SAP.
5. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability goals.

No prior professional experience required; suitable for beginners.

Bachelor's or Master's level in relevant fields.
